Havelock Wool Van Insulation - 100 SqFt

I used Havelock Wool exclusively for my Van build’s insulation and I’ve been extremely happy with the results.

Here’s a couple of tips for ya:

1. The wool needs a week or so to ‘air out’ the natural aroma of the wool. I certainly didn’t mind it but one or two city folks out there might… It well worth building that time into your build schedule for the excellent insulation properties using this will bring to the game…

2. I used cheap 50 lbs breaking strain monofilament fishing line to hold the wool to the walls of the van while airing and waiting to put my wall and ceiling panels up.

As expected .

Very easy to work with and plenty of “ how to” videos to help with sprinter. Only complaint is the quantity recommended. The boxes are huge and 3 boxes were advised by Havelocks chart. I used only 2-3 bats from 3rd box. Smaller boxes would be great. Shipping is bery expensive on the large boxes as well. Haven’t really put it through a test hot or cold but like so far.
